Here’s a little preview of Liz Rishel’s opening speech:

“Hello, thank you for coming to our performance today as we sing for you excerpts from our 2010 Opera, entitled Evenings in Quarantine: The Zombie Opera. The full show ran as a multimedia stage show complimented by a synchronized filmed projected backdrop. It was an incredible effort that would not have been possible without the dedication of many talented artists, partners, and crew as well as the support of our amazing fan base. 

Ten years ago was our first Horror Realm where we performed some pieces for you in preparation for our world premiere at the Greybox Theater in Lawrenceville. Today, we have a small skeleton cast who are performing the roles of many characters including Co-creator Bonnie Bogovich, our swing, Bob Miller, our video-only Newscaster Dave Egyud, and me, Co-creator Liz Rishel. We’ve performed excerpts live before, but today is special because we’re performing some pieces that we’ve never before done outside of the full opera. I hope you enjoy them.
