Introducing Super Smash Opera! |
Zombie Opera founders Bonnie and Liz are delighted to introduce their new video-game-themed project, Super Smash Opera! Super Smash Opera is a cabaret of existing famous opera tunes re-lyricized to fit the plot of an original show based on the Super Smash Brothers franchise. The delight of this production is in that the music is already familiar to the audience, but presented in a twisted new way and performed by operatic gamers who love the spectacle of both genres.

The show has been designed to run at this year’s MAGfest 2015 (application pending), which will be held at the Gaylord Hotel in National Harbor, MD. The convention is geared towards people who love video games and video game-themed music, so we feel confident that our production will fit right in!
